Here are the spatial data for ITES. (This is a work-in-progress, so please bear with me.)
- In each section, El Verde, Islandwide, Luquillo Experimental Forest, and Schoolyard LTER you will find one or more index map(s), in .jpg format.
- These are from ArcView layouts, and the legend for each map has the names of the shapefiles that comprise the map.
- You can download the .jpg as a reference, and you can download the shapefiles so that you can create your own maps in ArcView.
- Just click on the shapefile name in the legend and you will be given the option to save a .zip file of the same name.
- In some cases, if there is only one shapefile in a map, there is no legend - in that case, click anywhere on the map.
- Remember that shapefiles are actually sets of files, so you need not only the .shp file, but also the .dbf file and any others that have the same root file name. They are all included in the .zip files.
